Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

2. User Conduct

The Online Dating Forum community is held to the standards of the Online Dating and Discovery Association (ODDA), which exists to help dating services deliver user trust and confidence. As a condition of membership you agree to conduct yourself accordingly.

1. Treat every member with dignity

   Humiliation, ridicule, unsolicited sexual advice, and commentary on anatomy are prohibited outside explicitly opted-in, consent-gated spaces.

2. Use accurate information

   Represent yourself honestly. Impersonation, misrepresentation of age, and catfishing result in immediate and permanent removal.

3. Respect consent and boundaries

   "No" ends a conversation. Persistent contact after refusal, coercion, or sharing intimate content without clear permission violates this Agreement.

4. Protect the privacy of others

   Do not screenshot, record, export, or share member content outside the Platform. Doxxing and outing are grounds for legal referral.

5. No commercial solicitation

   The Platform is for personal connection. Escort, cam, crypto, MLM, and any form of paid solicitation will result in account termination.

3. Content Rules

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and profile content you upload ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Online Dating Forum a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate the service for you and other members.

Prohibited User Content includes: explicit imagery outside opt-in adult spaces; content depicting minors in any context; non-consensual intimate imagery; hate speech; incitement of violence or self-harm; copyrighted material you do not own; and content that would subject Online Dating Forum or its members to legal risk under United States federal or state law.

We review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content promptly. Repeat violations lead to permanent removal under Section 4.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. Deletion is permanent after a 14-day grace period, during which you can restore your profile. After the grace period, your profile, messages, and photos are removed from our live systems; backup records are purged on a 90-day rolling schedule.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Sections 2 or 3, for suspected fraud or fraudulent payment activity, or as required by law. We will provide reason and evidence where legally possible. Terminated members may appeal once in writing to [email protected].

5. Privacy Policy

Online Dating Forum treats privacy as a product feature, not a disclosure. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. For a plain-English overview, see Safety & Privacy.

We follow the practice established by mature community-first dating apps - including WooPlus - of separating data that identifies a member from diagnostic and usage signals. Data that is linked to your identity is handled under strict access controls; diagnostic data is aggregated and not tied back to your account. Sensitive information you choose to share (such as orientation or kink preferences inside consent-gated spaces) is stored with additional encryption and is never used for advertising.

6. Data Collection and Use

Online Dating Forum is the data controller for information collected through the Platform. Where affiliated services are offered based on your preferences and usage patterns, those offerings are governed by this Agreement and the privacy policy of the affiliated operator at the point of registration - a model consistent with how SOL Networks Limited operates Dating.com and its Linked Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share User Content with advertisers. We do not use the contents of private messages to train machine learning models.

7. Cookies

We use a small set of first-party cookies for authentication, session security, and remembering your theme and language preferences. Analytics cookies are optional and can be declined in the cookie banner on your first visit or later under Settings → Privacy. Declining analytics does not reduce any feature of the Platform.

8. Third-Party Services

A short list of vendors processes data strictly on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (hosting, United States), Stripe (payment processing for optional premium features), Postmark (transactional email), and Cloudflare (network security). Each vendor is bound by a data processing agreement and handles only the minimum data required to deliver its function.

We do not embed social tracking pixels, programmatic ad networks, or consumer data brokers anywhere on the Platform.

9. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, members of Online Dating Forum have the following rights over their personal data. We honor requests within 30 days.

1. Access

   Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a portable, machine-readable format.

2. Correction

   Update inaccurate or incomplete data directly in Settings or by writing to our privacy team.

3. Deletion

   Delete your account and associated content, subject to the 14-day grace period described in Section 4.

4. Restriction

   Ask us to pause processing of specific categories of data while a dispute or correction is pending.

5. Portability

   Export your profile, messages, and photos in a standard archive you can take elsewhere.

6. Objection

   Object to any processing based on legitimate interest, including optional analytics, at any time.
